Past Continuous Tense Usage

This tense is used for the actions which continuing in the past.

       Structure: sub + was/were +v1+ ing + obj

Note:-When two actions mentioned in a sentence one action will be in simple past and the other action will be in past continuous tense.

Note:- The shorter action  (simple past), the longer action  (past continuous )
