In the first section, we will get to know the responsibilities of HRM professionals. we will understand the difference between the GRH and the personnel management. Finally, we will discuss the skills necessary for HRM.

The second section is devoted to the recruiting process. We will understand how job analysis plays an important role in recruiting. We will see the advantages and disadvantages of internal hiring versus external hiring. We will explore different channels for external approval Our final consideration in this section will lead to the costs of recruiting.

In the third section, we'll look at the six-step selection process.
